Welcome one and all to the 2nd Annual Rhea County Ag Day!This day has been set aside to highlight the rich history of agriculture and rural life in Rhea County. Last year, over 500 individuals attended this annual event. Spectators enjoyed down-home gospel, contemporary country and of course southern blue grass music on the center stage. Center stage headliners included Tiffany Latham, Miss Teen Tennessee, Bush River and Jim Ricketts. The day held something for everyone, from the antique tractor show to the Rhea County 4-H Cattle and Sheep shows. And of course the kids favorite, the petting zoo and inflatable toys. During the day you could get your face painted or enjoy funnel cakes and goodies from the 4-H concession stand.
